At Shree Krishna Heritage, we believe in complete transparency. We understand that investment decisions are significant, and we are committed to providing a fair and clear refund process for our applicants under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) framework for our project at Sector 9A, Jhajjar.
1. 100% Refund for Unsuccessful Applicants
If your application for a residential plot at Shree Krishna Heritage, Sector 9A, Jhajjar is not successful in the allotment process (draw/first-come-basis), the entire Registration Amount of ₹21,000/- will be refunded to you in full.
- ●No Deductions: There are no administrative or processing charges deducted from the refund for unsuccessful applicants.
- ●Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of the official allotment announcement.
2. Voluntary Cancellation by Applicant
If you wish to withdraw your application before the allotment date:
- ●You must submit a written cancellation request from your registered email ID to info@deendayaljanawasyojanajhajjar.com.
- ●Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
3. Post-Allotment Cancellation
Once a plot has been successfully allotted to you and you have received the allotment letter:
- ●Cancellations will be governed as per the standard terms mentioned in the Builder-Buyer Agreement (BBA) and Haryana RERA guidelines.
- ●Any applicable statutory taxes (if already paid to the government) or earnest money forfeitures as per RERA norms may apply.
4. Refund Mechanism
To ensure security and compliance:
- ●Source Account: All refunds will be credited back only to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) used at the time of registration.
- ●Verification: In some cases, we may request a cancelled cheque or a bank passbook copy to verify the account details before processing the transfer.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable once the transaction is processed:
- ●Any third-party payment gateway convenience fees (if charged at the time of payment).
- ●Stamp duty or registration fees if already submitted to the government authorities post-allotment.
